In order to provide additional protection for electronic products, we offer an automatic varnishing and resin pouring process. This makes it possible to protect components from harmful environmental influences such as moisture or high temperatures.
The varnishing process involves applying a layer of special protective varnish to electronic components, which protects them from moisture, dust, corrosion and mechanical damage.
Varnishing can be performed automatically, which ensures accuracy and uniformity of coverage.
The resin flooding process, on the other hand, involves flooding electronic components with a special resin, which provides additional protection against mechanical damage and ensures electrical insulation. This process is also performed automatically, which enables precise and uniform coating of all components.
