Modernity tailored to your business

Contract assembly

THT through-hole mounting

We will be your ideal business partner for handling large, medium and small production runs, also in the express channel like PROTO

We offer through-hole assembly, one method of placing electronic components on a PCB. Through-hole technology, also known as THT (Through-Hole Technology), is a method of placing electronic components on a printed circuit board (PCB) by inserting their leads (feet, pins) through holes in the board and soldering them from the opposite side. Unlike surface mount technology (SMT), in THT components are threaded through holes and their connections to the board are more robust and stable, making this method often used for components with higher power and mechanical strength, such as transformers, relays, connectors and other components that need to withstand high loads and vibrations.

Our automatic machines for the assembly of through-hole components are Universal Instruments 8-series machines, equipped with precision mounting heads that allow components to be placed at any point on the PCB.

Assembly

SMT, THT, manual assembly and soldering in complete lines and on modern machines, eliminating many manual operations and increasing efficiency.

Tests

Component and functional test equipment based on SPEEA, Phillips MDA and FLUKE systems

Final assembly

Specialised final assembly stations for individual customers and products

Delivery

Efficient logistics system and full customs service for customers outside the European Union

We can help you create products that build a better world.

We guarantee that you will receive a product that meets 100% of your expectations

As part of the chronic assembly process, components such as capacitors, resistors, connectors, diodes or transistors are placed on the PCB. The automatic machines of the 8 series are capable of realising through-hole assembly for both small and large production volumes.
By automating the process, we are able to minimise lead times and ensure repeatability and accuracy of the assembly. The Universal automatic machines are also able to perform jumper assembly, allowing more complex electronic projects to be realised.
